Terms & Condition of Participation
For Arts:
  • Last day of submission of Artwork will be 5th August by 5 PM.
  • Last Day for payment for artwork display will be 6th August by 5 PM.
  • Artwork will be displayed inside the gallery, Utsav
  • Display charges start at ₹2,000 for artwork up to 2 ft x 1.5 ft.
    (Charges increase proportionally with size)
  • All art works are to be framed with two hooks on the sides with a wire to hold them
  • Final entries will get an email to for a date to submit at the venue.
  • After the exhibition arts works are to be picked at a specific date. Post that the organizers will hold no responsibility
For Photographs:
  • Last day of submission of Photographs will be 5th August by 5 PM.
  • Last Day for payment for Photographs display will be 6th August by 5 PM.
  • Photographs will be displayed in the outdoors.
  • Rs.1500 for each photograph displayed.
  • Final decision of display is on organizers.
  • Raw or high-resolution file with watermarks can be submitted as final entries.
  • Payment to be made after the email for selections has been sent.
  • Post exhibition artists can take the printed Sun boards featuring your work.
